Ultimate RV Resort Information

Camperland RV Resort

Camperland RV Resort
Ultimate Resort

Located in the beautiful Fraser River Valley, Camperland RV Resort is just a short distance from the Canadian border, Bridal Veil Falls, and Mt. Cheam. Skiing, hiking, fishing, rockhounding, and whitewater rafting are just a few of the recreational activities that can be enjoyed in the surrounding area.

To the north of the resort is the town of Hope, a scenic terminal for sightseers in the area. You can follow the Trans-Canada Highway farther north to Fraser Canyon and enjoy the spectacular view of Holy Cross Mountain, Mount Hope, Mount Ogilvie, Lake of the Woods, and Kawkawa Lake. You can also travel the Hope-Princeton Highway (Highway 3) east into the 165,270-acre Manning Provincial Park. This 83-mile easy, roller coaster-type drive goes from near sea level at Hope and ascends to 4,416 feet at the summit of Allison Pass. Following this colorful route will take you past alpine meadows filled with summer blossoms as well as the Dewdney Trail and Rhododendron Flats.

Consider at least a day trip following Highway 1 west to Vancouver.  A highlight of the trip will be a visit to Bridal Falls Provincial Park and the Minter Gardens, both located east of Chilliwack. Minter Gardens, with 11 theme gardens, lies at the base of the coastal Mountain Range. The 27-acre attraction features a maze, three aviaries, topiary sculptures, and a fragrance garden and Japanese garden filled with the floral colors of the season.

If time allows, you’ll also want to see the spectacular view of Vancouver and the surrounding mountains. Visit the Vandusen Botanical Garden and visit Stanley Park, more than 1,000 acres of peaceful woodlands that encompass the Vancouver Aquarium (said to be one of the continent’s biggest and best).

Amenities: This resort offers a clubhouse, restaurant, country store, laundromat, heated outdoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, exercise room and equipment, playground, horseshoes, basketball, miniature golf, movies, arcade game room, river fishing (license required), hiking trails, and golf and driving range nearby. Dump station.
