Rock Glen Family Resort is a proven leader in the outdoor resort recreation industry. Family owned and and operated for over 45 years. Our Resort holds membership in the Resort Developers Association, Ontario Hotel Motel Association and Canadian Federation of Independent Business and we are part owners with Resorts of Distinction –a private reciprocal use outdoor resort nationwide network with a membership in excess of 100,000. We are affiliated with AOR and Condominium travel club.
The dream started in 1972, Bob and Shirley Russell purchased Rock Glen Campground. Due to increased in high cost associated with public campgrounds they became a membership resort in 1993 to save family’s money. In 1997 they joined Resort Developers Association (RDA) . Their recognition of the growing need for private, family-oriented recreation facilities resulted in the building of Rock Glen Family Resort and our early success is unparalleled in the recreation industry. Happy families, completed promises and continued improvements are only part of our success story.
