Tamworth Camping Area

This family campground offers 100 sites including 46 with full hookups, 40 with water and electricity only, 7 with water only, and 7 without any hookups. With 20, 30 and some 50 amp electrical receptacles, air conditioners and heaters are allowed for a fee, some cable available. Tent camping is offered. Group tent and RV sites are available. RV rental is available. Additional facilities include: internet hot spot, flush toilets, hot showers, sewage disposal, laundry, public phone, tables, grills, fire rings, and traffic control gate. There is a limited grocery store. RV supplies, LP gas, ice, and wood are available. Recreational amenities include: pavilion, recreation hall, shuffleboard courts, playground, pool tables, arcade game room, miniature golf, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, badminton, river swimming and fishing (license required).
